Privacy
Oblique itself sends nothing. The plugin and the After Effects panel have no telemetry, no analytics and no account, and your designs never leave your machine. This page is only about what happens when you contact support.
What we receive
- What you choose to send: your message, your email address and the files you attach.
- If you came from a button in the plugin: the versions of Oblique, After Effects and your operating system, and a short random code that links your request across channels. Nothing else about your machine.
- If you write to @ObliqueSupportBot: your Telegram name and the messages and files you send to the bot.
Why
Only to answer you and to reproduce and fix what you report. We do not use your email for newsletters or marketing, and we do not sell or share your data.
Your files
- Files are used to reproduce the problem and are deleted 90 days after your conversation is closed.
- We keep a file longer — to test future versions of Oblique on it — only if you tick the box that allows it. Your designs stay confidential either way.
Your conversation page
After you send the form you get a private link to your conversation. Anyone who has the link can read it, so do not share it.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare — this website, the form, file storage and the support email address.
- Telegram — only if you write to the bot.
- DigitalOcean — the server where our support system stores and answers conversations.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. When you send the form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are not a robot.
Deleting your data
Write to support@oblique.tanskiy.com and we will delete your conversation and your files.
